Food Journal
You always hear that the best way to start eating healthy is to record everything that you eat. So in an attempt to eat healthier foods, I am keeping a food journal. I am using the USDA's Food Pyramid Tracker . So far I think it's working. I am really impressed with the work that went into creating the food journal on the USDA website.
